Heno Girma

My name is Heno Girma, and I'm the Vice President of Operations for the 2026-2027 academic year. I'm a fourth-year student at San Diego State University. I'm studying International Business and have a minor in Marketing. I grew up in Munich, Germany, and moved to the US to pursue my passion for sports business. I'm a big fan of FC Bayern München, but I've also fallen in love with American football and basketball since being here. My dream job is to work as a Sporting Director or in a senior operations role within a professional sports organization. I want to find a way to combine European and American sports. As VP of OperationsAs VP of Operations my goal is simple, make sure our members are getting real value through site visits, events, and connections that actually open doors.
